Its historic stone walls, beamed ceilings and warm fire places take you back in time to an era when life ran at a leisurely pace and people had time in their hands. As you enter through its historic iron gates, you feel you have stepped into another era.

It is renowned for its succulent steaks. At Gibby's you'll enjoy fine seafood, including fresh plump chilled oysters, a large choice of the freshest fish and Gibbys' expertly aged and exquisitely broiled steaks, all accompanied by a variety of wines from their extensive wine. The limited menu includes various cuts and styles of steak in green or black pepper sauce. Dinner for two, excluding wine or tip, can exceed CAD100. Reservations are a must. Their flawless service makes you come back to it again and again.
