Founded way back in 1817, Bank of Montreal (BMO) headquarters can be located at Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Other than being one of the largest banks in Canada, it also has operations in Chicago, Illinois and other parts of the United States and operates under the name Harris Bank. With all its operation worldwide there are 34,000 employees of BMO. Though it is the oldest bank in Canada, its boast of a total of 1,100 branches not only in Canada but around the world. BMO's asset is said to be more than $320 Billion.

Bank of Montreal Clientele

Bank of Montreal has three client groups who cater to different markets. The first client group is categorized as Personal and Commercial Client Group: this group specializes in retail banking. Mosaik MasterCard credit cards and Harris Bank belong to this group. The second client group is for Investment Banking: this group is in charge of the Capital Markets. Lastly, the Private Client Group: their focus is on wealth management and self service investing in Canada and the United States.
